Not a destination
It's like being tired or hungry.
It comes and goes and that's ok.
It's ok to be a little hungry sometimes.
It's ok to be unhappy for a little bit sometimes,
but not for too long.
Too long is starving.
Too long is unhealthy.
Just like being hungry for too long.
