"You can’t describe great cosmic significance to a simple, earthly event. But some times you can.."

  also,
sometimes you can't love everyone as much as you'd like to.

( “There is always some madness in love. But there is also always some reason in madness.” -Nietzsche)
and sometimes, you cant be friends with everybody.
and both are okay.
and sometimes, life is really good, even if everything you own is breaking.
and sometimes, the only things i can think about while at work are waterfalls. and trees. and canyons. and fresh air. and cold rivers. and warm sunshine.

all good things are wild and free.

moms day.

Best mom I could ever dream of.

Maybe some day I'll be just like her.

a good day is a good day.
even if this:

means this:

i ll take it.

i believe that the soul is innately happy.
have you ever tried counting the different forms of happiness in your life?
have you ever wondered what the phrase "one size fits all" really means? because these "one size fits all" leggings are not really fitting. they assumed more "all" than i've got.

today i helped a man ride a tandem bike up the hill so that he could take his girlfriend on a bike ride and propose. him pulling up on a tandem bike with another girl wasnt such a good idea.
i used to go to the same place once a week, every week. after not going for a month, that place felt more magical than ever today. its funny how that works.
summer is almost here.
which brings many things to my mind and makes my bones ache for adventure.
these just being 3 of the many things my mind just wont leave alone.

i think ive got some land locked blues.

"I hope you’re living a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again."

- F. Scott Fitzgerald

A Handful of Meal and a Little Oil

"Furthermore, I know that a talk in general conference is not going to cut through the centuries of temporal inequity that have plagued humankind, but I also know that the gospel of Jesus Christ holds the answer to every social and political and economic problem this world has ever faced. And I know we can each do something, however small that act may seem to be. We can pay an honest tithe and give our fast and free-will offerings, according to our circumstances. And we can watch for other ways to help. To worthy causes and needy people, we can give time if we don’t have money, and we can give love when our time runs out. We can share the loaves we have and trust God that the cruse of oil will not fail."

"May God, who has blessed all of us so mercifully and many of us so abundantly, bless us with one thing more. May he bless us to hear the often silent cries of the sorrowing and the afflicted, the downtrodden, the disadvantaged, the poor. Indeed may he bless us to hear the whispering of the Holy Spirit when any neighbor anywhere “is suffering,” and to “drop everything and come running.”

More words from my Spaniard coworker:

"You always dress really nice. But I've noticed that you have gotten lazy. You used to wear earrings and now your ears are bare. You know what they say in Spain, a women with out earrings is like a donkey with out teeth. Would you buy a donkey with no teeth?"

Point made.

I'm like fuel on fire.
